課程目標 |
“This course will introduce cell signaling in a broad sense. The following topics will be covered, but not restricted in the content of lectures. (1) post-translational modifications-mediated signal transduction; (2) cell cycle regulation and apoptosis; (3) mechanisms of cytoskeleton-related cellular functions; (4) advanced techniques including imagining, microscopy and mass spectrometry for signaling studies.”
